All products that are sold at Starboy Designs are eligible for the

"365 Day - Money Back Guarantee."

You may return ANY item within 365 days of delivery for a FULL refund (less shipping and handling.)

REFUNDS

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You should expect to receive your refund within 10 to 15 business days; however, in many cases you will receive your refund sooner than the above listed time period. This takes into account the transit time from the point of origin, processing time at our back office and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund request.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@starboydesigns.com.

 

EXCHANGES

We will replace any items if they were shipped defective, damaged or if the wrong product was sent in error, as soon as we are made aware of the mistake.

Should you wish to make an exchange please send us an email at support@starboydesigns.com and include a printout of the approval email with your return (for our back office.) Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item or items over $75 value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
